Roles & Responsibilities • Create and revise show running order / cue sheets and distribute to team • Liaise with venue staff to agree & setup all technical positions (control rooms, field of play, green rooms etc) • Call the show during pre-match, match, half-time and full time periods. • Schedule and communicate call times for all production crew. • Assist in all aspects, as needed, of event planning, preparation, and execution • Support Infotainment Manager with daily venue activities • Manage technicians and engineers in delivering the Infotainment requirements • Assist in bump-in and bump-out duties, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas • Coordinating and aligning requirements with other team members, functional areas and external parties on a needs basis • Make sure ceremonies operational requirements are all in place and delivered as per submitted Site Operations Plan • Work closely with the Event Management Company team members, identify issues and support with solving • Participate in daily venue meetings whenever needed Desired Candidate Profile Education and certifications • Minimum 5 years’ experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field. Experience and skills • Technical understanding of equipment • Ability to be calm during high-stress situations • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management and organization skills • Project planning background • Calm interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels • Demonstrates specific knowledge of the script and stage directions for the event/production • Is willing and able to work long hours and non-traditional shifts • Works well with a team • Communicates clearly and effectively • Manages time efficiently • Demonstrates the ability to multi-task on an ongoing basis • Possesses physical stamina required to remain standing, walking and moving for long periods of time • Exhibits knowledge of proper production safety procedures Fluent in English, Arabic
