Previous Laundry Valet experience in a 5 start hotel and English language are must Dry Cleaning experience is a plus Picking up guest’s clothes and delivery of same to guest room. Ensure the name and room number is on the guest laundry / dry cleaning slip before removal from room. Deliver accurately and timely guest’s laundry and dry cleaning. Comply with “special requests” at all times. Greet guest by name whenever possible. Comply with Four Seasons grooming standards. Refer any guest complaints to Supervisor / Manager. Inspect closely all work done by outside service and repackage as needed for delivery to guest room. Assist with packaging of guest clothing.     Introduction Our Client is looking for a Quality Control Analyst who will assist with the maintenance of the Quality Assurance System as per requirment of the latest ISO 13485 Quality Management systems. The right Candidate will conduct analysis on manufacturing goods, conduct training. maintain training records, maintain the receiving lab, sample and analysis of incoming raw material, amongst many other duties listed below. Duties & Responsibilities Assisting with the maintenance of the Quality Assurance System as per the requirements of the latest ISO 13485 Quality Management System. Conduct routine analysis on the manufactured products. Conduct training as required. Maintain training records as per SOP. Maintaining the Receiving Laboratory and managing the staff within. Sampling, analysis and dispositioning of all incoming raw materials that fully comply with specifications Sampling, analysis and dispositioning of all incoming primary packaging that fully comply with specifications. Compile Analytical Reports as per procedure and maintain the scanned Analytical Reports on the fileserver Ensure Reference Standards are issued to the Quality Controller and records maintained. Assist with computer system releases of items, when required Conduct routine calibration of equipment as per the Calibration Schedule and maintain the Equipment Calibration File. Assist with the investigation of the cause of rejects. Assist with the maintenance of Reject Store Records and Reject Store. Raise and investigate Quality Warnings. Raise and investigate Corrective Actions Records and Preventive Action Records. Assist with the investigation of complaints, when required Conduct routine sampling / monitoring as per the frequency in applicable Procedures. These include (but not limited to) purified water, clean room environment, endotoxins, bioburdens, water plant, air plant, etc. Assist with conducting Internal Audits, as required. Assist with conducting Supplier Audits, as required. Manage outsourced Pest Control Service Provider Conduct stability testing, as required Conduct R&D, as required Ensure there is always sufficient stock of lab consumables and place orders timeously Ensure the Laboratory is always clean and tidy. Perform any other function within the company as required by Management Desired Experience & Qualification MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Matric • Degree / Diploma in B.Sc. Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry (or similar) MINIMUM EXPERIENCE • Previous working experience in a Quality Control / Assurance position would be advantageous • Knowledge of ISO 9001, or related standard would be advantageous
